This is not new to me, as I recall as a soldier mentally reviewing test questions when jogging. You see, I like to use walking as a method for stimulating my creativity.

Jennifer D. McNeill, CSM, MA , M. Ed., entered the US Army April 4, 1976, and I retired 24 years later. My career culminated with my promotion to Command Sergeant Major with my last assignment being the Troop Command Sergeant Major, Eisenhower Army Medical Center and the profis CSM (professional filler when mobilized) for the 249th General Hospital, Fort Gordon Georgia. During my military service I was the recipient of numerous military achievement awards for leadership. I served the military in both the continental United States and overseas.
During my military and post military career, I managed to complete my undergraduate degree and my first Masters degree. I have served in numerous leadership positions mentoring and guiding both soldiers and collegiate students as they move towards their career goals. I recently resigned as an area chair and part-time HR and Management courses facilitator with the University of Phoenix, Augusta GA campus.
When I retired, I continued to practice physical activity three times or more a week. I recently earned my Walk15 walk-leader certification. Today my primary focus is developing my business and sharing the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
I'm a graduate of Webster and Troy State University. I am married to 1SG (Ret) Louis McNeill. We have a daughter, Ms. Montrece Ransom, JD and a granddaughter, Alyxandra Ransom.
These days I enjoy doing all the things that I really appreciate, with my family along every step of the way. I'm taking the term living my best life literally! Exploring this beautiful country by RV, leading Walk 15® groups, speaking to and empowering women, cruising to exotic locales, trying new foods, authoring motivational books, and bowling in my league—these are just some of the things that bring me joy in this new phase of my life.
